as a girl, i tend to have so many bad feelings and stuff but i always keep in my mind that there are lots of ways to be happy rather than keeping bad stuff in your mind

• go drink hot tea / green tea in the morning
this helps me calm my mind and i usually go out so i can breathe the fresh air

• listen to songs
to be honest, i am addicted to music and no one can stop me from hearing it

i think negative at most times but i have to learn that people with negative mind is never going to be succesfull

• relax in a bathtub
relax your mind for a while bc whe think alot and i’m sure our brains are tired

• garden some flowers
i have a little garden infront of my house and i like to decorate the pots oh! and go buy some cactus it’s really cute :)

• watch the sunset at the balcony
i like to sit on the balcony and see the sunset :) it’s flippin beautiful

• go get yourself a tumblr
twitter used to be my addiction but since i play tumblr, i’m addicted to tumblr idk why :o first, choose what blog type you want example like indie, glow, fashion, fresh etc. mine’s indie cuz indie/gypsy stuff are colorful and fun! go check my blog :) dhazzled.tumblr.com

• go get a diary, decorate it and write something on it!
this helps me so much! if i’m bored i use to doodle on my drawing pad or just write a diary about how’s today :))

• eat cereals + milk
i eat cereals every single day just incase i don’t eat too much
